Terms & Conditions

Booking any travel services with Luxeseven Travel Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Company and the client (“Tour Member”). By confirming a booking, the Tour Member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, and are authorised to accept them on behalf of all persons included in the booking.
1. Contract & Authority
1.1 A binding contract is formed upon confirmation of booking and/or receipt of payment.
1.2 All information provided must be accurate and complete.
1.3 Any breach of these Terms may result in cancellation of services and/or forfeiture of payments.
2. Amendments to Terms
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. COVID-19, Epidemics & Health Risks
Travel may involve risks including illness, quarantine, border restrictions, or entry requirement changes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Tour Members travel at their own risk, and the Company shall not be liable for losses arising from epidemics, pandemics, or related government measures.
4. Tour Price & Payments
4.1 Includes
Accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transportation, guides (where stated), entrance fees, and activities as specified in the confirmed itinerary.
4.2 Excludes Airfares, airport taxes, visa fees, tipping, optional activities, personal expenses, and items not expressly stated.
4.3 Deposit & Payment
• Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival
• Single supplement applies for solo travellers

5. Cancellation Policy

Medical cancellation requires a valid hospital certificate.
6. Amendments to Booking
All amendments must be requested at least 45 days prior to arrival. A minimum amendment fee of RM300 applies, plus supplier charges.
7. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, or government actions. Refunds depend on recoverable amounts from suppliers.
8. Flights & Schedules
Flight schedules are indicative and subject to airline or authority changes. The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations beyond its control.
9. Travel Documents & Visa
Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months. Visa responsibility lies with the Tour Member; assistance provided is advisory only.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Travelling without insurance is at the Tour Member’s own risk.
11. Risk & Responsibility
The Company is not liable for itinerary changes, transport delays, loss or theft of belongings, or denied entry due to improper documentation.
12. Special Needs
Medical or mobility requirements must be declared at booking. Special arrangements are subject to availability and additional charges.
13. Transfers & Ground Services
Transfers are included only if stated. Additional transfers are chargeable and non-refundable once arranged.
14. Itinerary Amendments
Minor itinerary changes may occur due to operational or force majeure reasons.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. All disputes fall under Malaysian court jurisdiction.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, invoices, and confirmed itineraries constitute the entire agreement. Invalid clauses do not affect remaining provisions.
17. Copyright
All content is protected under Malaysian copyright law and may not be reproduced without written consent.
